Logic Matching PvP in Game

When you join & fight in PvP with other players, even you win or lose you will get a point, a point will determine your ranking score on the leaderboard. And Game System will find your next opponents based on the rule below:
When matching, enemies will be filtered two times:
a) First, the enemy will be filtered based on ranking in order of preference
from +6 to -10 rank
from -5 to +5 rank
from +6 to +10 rank
Match ratio between 3 above ranking will be equal (33.33333%)
b) Secondly, after deciding which ranking will be used to match the enemy, the system will filter one more time based on the PP (Power Point) score:
Enemy with the same PP score will be prioritized to match
In case there is no enemy with the same PP score, the system will choose the next enemy having 1 rank behind your current ranking of PP score and the logic will repeat the same until matching.
In case the system has filtered all enemies with ranking behind but still can not proceed to match, the system will proceed to match the enemy who has 1 rank above your current ranking.
After filtering rank points, the system will choose enemies having the PP score similar to the PP score of the squad of the user (PP score will be descended).
